 These grants help cover an array of medical expenses associated with transition-related healthcare - including hormone therapy, surgical procedures, and mental health services - which are often not covered by insurance or are unaffordable. In addition to addressing housing and healthcare needs, our organization places a strong emphasis on economic empowerment through skill development and training programs. We believe that equipping our participants with valuable skills is critical for achieving independence and self-sufficiency. Our training programs span various fields and are tailored to help trans individuals bolster their resumes, enhance their employability, and navigate the job market confidently
